Surinder Rana who hails from the northern hills of India is a former Catering technology graduate. He holds huge experience having worked in the kitchens of world class international 5star hotels like the Marriot chain and Bukhara in Bangladesh. After touching the shores of UK, Rana has emerged as a popular chef in UK having cooked delicacies in Milton Keynes’ Jaipur restaurant, Mayur in Liverpool and at the famous Sai Spice at Chorlton in Manchester. Rana masters the art of Indian, Indo Chinese cuisine and specialises in authentic North Indian cuisine. His innovation in the kitchen and his now UK famous ‘Rana Sangam kebabs’ and ‘Paneer Dilbahar’ has excited connoisseurs to travel long distances to taste his delicacies.

These recipes will be cooked with freshly made ingredients and a selection of aromatic spices. Sai Surbhi will serve unbeatable delicacies never ever served before in Preston. A grand basket of starters include with the regulars some special varieties like SURBHI VEGETABLE PLATTER (Mushroom Pakora, Paneer Tikka , Onion Bhaji & Aloo Tikki ), KESARI JUMBO PRAWNS (King prawns with fennel seeds , delicately flavoured with finest Kashmiri saffron), and SAMUNDRI RATAN (Scallops, mussels and squid tossed in mustard, garlic and cumin flavoured in Goan tomato masala).

DHANIYA CHICKEN (Boneless chicken cooked with coriander paste and touch of green chilli paste), KABULI CHICKEN (Boneless chicken cooked with chick-peas) and DUCK CHILLI (shredded duck breast cooked with pepper, chillies, tomato, onion & coriander)
Chicken delicacies will be supplemented with exotic aromatic lamb dishes which include an array of lamb dishes like: SURBHI JUICY LAMB (Shank of Lamb cooked in a special chef’s own recipe), and LAMB BELFOI (Lamb cooked with green olive & well spiced) among others.
Fish lovers will have a special treat a special variety of Sea Food Delicacies KING PRAWN MOILEE (King Prawns cooked with coconut milk & tempered with mustard and curry leaves), GOAN FISH (Tilapia fish cooked with onions, tomato, coconut milk and lemon juice), and other fish varieties.
